Abstract:<Correct>Anal fissure is a relatively common anorectal disease, and it is currently considered as an ischemic ulcer, which is due to the spasm of the internal sphincter muscle that induces insufficient local blood supply, and is mainly manifested as pain and blood in stool. In this study, we applied Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) to patients with early anal fissure, and achieved satisfactory results, which are reported as follows. Clinical data:From March 2014 to March 2015, 60 patients with early anal fissure were admitted to the Department of Anus and Intestines of Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xinjiang, and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. In the treatment group, there were 18 males and 12 females, aged (34.7±1.8) years. The age was (34.7±1.8) years.
