Abstract: In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) (Fu Nuo) plus compound keratanate suppositories (Tai Ning suppositories) used for medication change after hemorrhoidal surgery, 200 patients with hemorrhoidal postoperative period admitted by the Department of Anorectology of Qingdao Campus, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group between June 2014 and June 2016, each group consisted of 100 cases. There were 100 cases in each group. In the treatment group, after routine debridement and disinfection, Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) (FuNuo) was applied to the wound surface and compound keratocyanate suppository (TaiNing suppository) was applied to the anus, and Vaseline gauze was used to drain the wound. In the control group, the wound was routinely cleaned and sterilized, and then drained with Vaseline gauze. The results showed that the pain and edema of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the healing time of the wound in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group (28.15±4.02) d (33.53±4.17) d. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results showed that the application of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) (FuNuo) wound application and compound keratocyanate suppository (TaiNing suppository) nanoanal, in the hemorrhoid postoperative dressing change clinical effect is obvious, can reduce the wound pain, edema, and promote the healing of the wound.
