Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with long-lasting antimicrobial material JieYuShen (JUC) in the wounds of acromegaly photodynamic therapy. Methods 231 patients with condyloma acuminatum treated with photodynamic therapy who visited our clinic from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, during photodynamic therapy, boric acid solution was applied locally to patients in the control group after each photodynamic therapy, and the patients in the treatment group were treated on the basis of the control group with additional Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and long-lasting antimicrobial material JUC for local topical application. The incidence of postoperative pain in the treatment group was 5.56%, the incidence of postoperative infection was 2.78%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 0%, and the total recurrence rate was 3.7%, which were lower than that of the control group (13.82%, 10.57%, 4.07%, and 10.6%, respectively), and the differences were all statistically significant (P all <0.05). Conclusion: After photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum, the application of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with long-lasting antibacterial material JUC can effectively reduce patients' pain, and the recurrence rate is low, with fewer adverse reactions.
