Abstract : Impetigo is an acute suppurative skin disease that is common in children. The main factors that cause impetigo are infections caused by bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and group A β-hemolytic streptococci. There are two main types of impetigo: bullous impetigo and non-bullous impetigo, which mainly occur on the face and limbs of the human body. If this type of disease is not treated in time, it is likely to cause arthritis, nephritis and other diseases [1], causing greater harm to the patient's body. This study explored the clinical effect of Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) in the treatment of impetigo, providing a reference for clinical treatment.
