Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Nudiflora Zizhu capsule combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 143 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with nudiflora zhuzhu capsule, and the control group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment), and the changes in the number of lesions and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared with those of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: The number of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment (P<0.05), and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Naked Flower Zizhu capsule can effectively reduce the number of lesions in patients with acne vulgaris, and the therapeutic effect is accurate.
