Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing on large-area burn residual wounds. Methods: 28 patients treated in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019 were collected. A study was conducted on patients with large-area burn residual wounds. They were divided into a conventional group (n=14) and a treatment group (n=14) according to a double-blind method. The conventional group was treated with lipiodol gauze, and the treatment group was supplemented with compound medicine. Polymyxin B ointment was used in conjunction with nanosilver medical antibacterial dressing for diagnosis and treatment, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: In terms of diagnosis and treatment effectiveness index, the treatment group was significantly better than the conventional group P<0.05; the wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group P<0.05. Conclusion: Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing has a stronger bactericidal effect in the treatment of large-area burn residual wounds. It can reduce local infection of the wound, speed up wound healing, and reduce pigmentation. The treatment effect is ideal.
