Abstract: Objective: To analyze the short-term clinical effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound flumethasone ointment in the treatment of contact dermatitis. Methods: A total of 95 patients with chronic contact dermatitis from 2015 to 2017 were randomly divided into a treatment group (50 cases) and a control group (45 cases). The treatment group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) + compound flumethasone ointment twice a day; the control group was treated with compound flumethasone ointment twice a day. The course of treatment was 4 weeks, and the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.0%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.8%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound flumethasone ointment has a good effect on the treatment of chronic contact dermatitis, with mild adverse reactions and good safety.
