Abstract: Purpose: In order to improve the therapeutic effect of eczema and contact dermatitis, analyze the therapeutic value of compound flumetasone ointment and combined Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). Methods: Patients were randomly selected in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018. 80 patients with eczema and contact dermatitis were selected as the research subjects and divided into equal groups according to the odd-even number method. Among them, 40 patients who received compound flumetasone ointment alone were set as the control group, and those who received compound flumetasone ointment and combined compound Forty patients treated with polymyxin B ointment were set as the observation group, and the differences in scores of the three indicators of skin lesion area, thickness, and hardness were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Research data showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the three index scores of skin lesion area, thickness, and hardness between the observation group and the control group before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the skin lesion area, thickness, and thickness of the patients in the observation group were not statistically significant. , hardness and three index scores were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with eczema and contact dermatitis should use compound flumetasone ointment and combined Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) The treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, has significant effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
