To analyze the effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with compound barberry liquid liniment on wounds after treatment of genital warts. Methods: 80 patients with postoperative genital warts were divided into a combined group and a single group using the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The combined group was given Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment)? (hereinafter referred to as CPB) combined with compound agent (hereinafter referred to as compound agent) to treat wounds, while the single group was only given CPB to treat wounds. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: The VAS scores, wound secretions, and total incidence of complications at different time periods after surgery in the combined group were lower than those in the single group, but the total effective rate after treatment was better than that in the single group. Conclusion: CPB combined with compound agent has significant efficacy in treating postoperative wounds of condyloma acuminata. The combined medication regimen does not significantly increase the incidence of related complications and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
