To observe the efficacy and safety of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in treating bacterial skin infections. Methods: 250 patients with bacterial skin infections admitted to the community health service center between January 2019 and April 2021 were randomly divided into observation groups and control groups, with 125 patients in each group. During the treatment process, patients in the control group were treated with mupirocin ointment, and patients in the observation group were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). The cure rates and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: The overall treatment effect of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group (P<0.05), and the adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group. Conclusion: The use of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of bacterial skin infections has good effects, is high in safety, and has strong clinical promotion value.
