Abstract : Chronic eczema is a common disease in dermatology. From January 2011 to May 2012, our institute used doxepin hydrochloride cream and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) to treat chronic eczema and achieved satisfactory results. The report is as follows. 1.1 General data Participants 92 patients were all patients with chronic eczema, 1 from the dermatology department of our institute. They were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group had 45 cases, including 20 males and 25 females, aged 20 to 69 years old, with an average age of 43.7 years. The course of disease was 3 months to 5 years, with an average of 3 years. The control group had 47 cases, including 22 males and 25 females, aged 18 to 57 years old, with an average age of 39.2 years. The course of disease was 2 months to 3 years, with an average of 2.5 years. There was no statistically significant difference in gender, age, course of disease and symptoms between the two groups. The skin lesions were all localized, ranging from a coin to an adult palm.
