Methods 100 patients with postoperative genital warts were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 cases each using random number table method. The observation group received a combination of compound polymyxin B and Kangfuxin Liquid to treat wounds, while the control group only received compound polymyxin B to treat wounds. Compare the wound recovery and complications of the two groups of patients after 2 weeks of drug treatment. Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was 86.0%, which was higher than the 64.0% of the control group (p<0.05). During the treatment process, 2 cases of local itching and 1 case of burning sensation occurred in the observation group; 1 case of infection, 1 case of local itching and 2 cases of burning sensation occurred in the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of compound polymyxin B and Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of postoperative wounds of condyloma acuminatum is significant.
