Abstract : Objective To observe the efficacy of goldin peptide combined with recurrent polymyxin B ointment in the treatment of severe pressure ulcers. Methods 90 patients with severe pressure ulcers were randomly divided into the combination group, the goldinin peptide group and the compound polymyxin group, with 30 cases in each group. After debridement in the three groups of patients according to the same method, the combination group was treated with goldin peptide combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment), the goldinin peptide group was treated with goldinin peptide, and the compound polymyxin group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). treat. The efficacy, appearance of granulation tissue, and wound healing time of the three groups after 8 weeks of treatment were observed. Results The efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the goldin peptide group and the compound polymyxin group (P<0.05). The granulation tissue appeared earliest in the patients in the combination group, followed by the goldinin peptide group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinyin peptide combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) has significant effect in treating severe pressure ulcers and is worthy of promotion .
