Abstract :Objective To analyze the effect and safety of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with fractional laser in the treatment of acne scars. Methods A total of 70 patients with acne scars admitted to Jinnan Branch of Jinjiang Municipal Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fractional laser, and the study group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with fractional laser. After 3 months of treatment, the efficacy, acne scar weight score (echelle d'evaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acne, ECCA), skin state changes, inflammatory factors, Demodex positive rate, adverse reactions and acne recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Fractional laser combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) is effective in the treatment of acne scars, can reduce inflammatory damage, accelerate the shedding of scabs, relieve redness, swelling and pain, and reduce the positive rate of mites and the recurrence rate of acne.
