Abstract: Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Beifuxin gel on traumatic infectious eczematoid dermatitis. Methods: Select 60 cases of traumatic infectious eczematoid dermatitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 Patients with infectious eczematoid dermatitis were the research subjects and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. Both groups of patients were treated with conventional anti-infection, anti-allergy, wound disinfection and other conventional treatments. The patients in the control group were treated with external compound polymyxa for the wounds and surrounding skin lesions. The wounds and surrounding skin lesions of the patients in the experimental group were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with befusin gel. The skin lesion healing time and adverse drug reactions of the two groups of patients were compared, and the scar incidence and rash recurrence rate of the two groups of patients were compared after 3 months. Results: The healing time of skin lesions in the test group was shorter than that of the control group, the scar incidence rate was lower than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups, P>0.05, and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Beifoxin gel has a significant effect in the treatment of traumatic infectious eczematoid dermatitis and can be widely used in clinical treatment.
