Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of desonide cream combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of chronic eczema in children. Methods: 98 children with chronic eczema who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the research subjects, and the digital randomization method was used to They were divided into a control group and a combined group. The control group was treated with desonide cream, and the combined group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of children were compared. Results: Clinical treatment of the combined group The total effective rate was 97.96%, which was significantly higher than the 85.71% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: The combined application of desonide cream and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of chronic eczema in children has significant efficacy, no obvious adverse reactions, and high safety. This treatment plan has clinical promotion and application value.
