Abstract: Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of desonide cream and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on chronic eczema. Methods: Patients with chronic eczema in the control group were treated with desonide cream, and patients with chronic eczema in the study group were treated with desonide cream. De cream and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) were combined for treatment. Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days (2 weeks). The clinical efficacy was recorded and statistically tested. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the research group was as high as 89.58%, and the clinical efficacy of the control group was as high as 89.58%. The total effective rate is only 70.83% (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined use of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and desonide cream can significantly improve the treatment effect of chronic eczema and help protect patients' quality of life and physical and mental health.
