Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of skin contusion in children. Methods: 60 patients with skin contusion admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital were randomly selected for a group experiment and divided into experimental group and control group. There are 30 people in each group. The experimental group uses Kangfuxin solution to clean the wound and then apply Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). The control group uses iodophor to clean the wound and then apply Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). Results: The experimental group uses Kangfaxin The wounds of 9 children with the liquid were cured and 15 were effective, which was significantly higher than that of the control group who used iodophor for wound dressing change. Conclusion: Kangfuxin liquid combined with compound polyviscosity B ointment therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of skin contusions.
