Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the value of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of children with deep second-degree burns. Methods: 94 cases of children with deep second-degree burns admitted to our hospital were analyzed and studied, and they were divided into control and control groups according to the random number principle. There were 44 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), and the observation group was treated with bFGF combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). The effects of different methods were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the wound infection rate, wound healing time, and scar-free rate of the observation group at 7 days after injury, 15 days after injury, and 20 days after injury were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The compound prescription Colistin B ointment is used in the treatment of children with deep second-degree burns. It can promote early wound healing, reduce the occurrence of scar infection, and is safe and reliable in application.
