Abstract : Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of eczematous dermatitis with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). Methods: The clinical data of 70 patients with eczematous dermatitis admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a study group and a control group according to the digital table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment, and the research group was treated with a combination of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the overall health score was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of combined treatment of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) is significant in patients with eczematous dermatitis , which can improve their clinical symptoms and improve their quality of life.
