Abstract : Objective: To explore the effect of oral dispersible tablets of C. nudiflorum combined with polymyxin B ointment on the clinical treatment of acne. Methods: 200 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group of 100 cases, which were given dispersible tablets of C. nudiflorum for oral administration, combined with Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) for external use, and 100 cases of control group, which were given oral administration of vitamin B2 tablets, vitamin B6 tablets, combined with Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin). Colistin B ointment for external use. Results: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group; the treatment group was better than the control group in eliminating inflammation, improving symptoms, shortening the course of disease, etc.; the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The dispersible tablets of C. nudiflora have significant clinical therapeutic effects on acne vulgaris, with a low incidence of adverse reactions, and are worthy of further clinical promotion and research.
