Abstract : Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of flufenamic acid butyl ointment combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods 200 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis admitted to the Sujiatun District Central Hospital of Shenyang City from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in the observation group, treated with flufenamic acid ester ointment combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment), and 100 cases in the control group were treated with flufenamic acid butyl ester ointment. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, and the recurrence rates of the two groups at 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment were evaluated. , Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) score, and skin oil and moisture content. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had excellent treatment effects (P<0.05), low adverse reactions (P<0.05) , lower recurrence rates 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment (P<0.05), and lower recurrence rates 1, 2 and 2 months after treatment. , EASI score improved at 3 months (P<0.05), skin oil content decreased at 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment (P<0.05), and skin moisture content increased at 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment (P<0.05) . Conclusion The use of flufenamic acid butyl ointment combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis can effectively increase the facial oil moisture content, improve eczema symptoms, have low adverse reactions, low recurrence rate after treatment, and significant therapeutic effect. It has clinical application value.
